Acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Givara Energy Private Limited(“GIVARA”, “we”, “us”, “our”), the operator of this website, givara.energy. By accessing or using the site, registering your interest, or making a reservation, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These Terms cover your use of the website and the pre-booking stage. The full commercial relationship — once you become a customer — is governed by a separate written service agreement, which we will provide and which you will sign before any installation. Where these Terms and that agreement differ on the service, the service agreement governs.
Definitions
- “GIVARA ONE” — our rooftop wind turbine and the associated equipment.
- “Service” — our Wind Energy-as-a-Service offering, in which GIVARA installs, owns, insures and maintains GIVARA ONE, and you pay for the clean electricity it generates.
- “Reservation” — the refundable pre-booking described in these Terms.
- “Site” — the rooftop or premises where GIVARA ONE may be assessed and installed.
- “You” — the person using the site, registering interest, or making a Reservation.
About GIVARA & the service
GIVARA offers clean electricity as a service. With GIVARA ONE, you do not buy the machine: GIVARAinstalls, owns, insures and maintains it, and you pay only for the electricity it actually generates, measured by meter, at a rate below your electricity board’s applicable tariff. The specific rate, billing and service commitments for your Site are set out in your service agreement.
Providing the Service depends on your cooperation — including giving safe access to the Site, a suitable installation location, and any permissions required from the property owner or authorities. Nothing on this website is an offer to install at any particular Site; installation follows a successful assessment and a signed service agreement.
Who can use GIVARA
To register interest or make a Reservation, you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract;
- be located in India (pre-booking opens pan India);
- own the Site, or be authorised by the owner to explore installing GIVARA ONE there; and
- provide accurate, current and complete information.
Pre-booking, reservation & refunds
Pre-booking is a refundable reservation, not a purchase and not a free waitlist. When pre-booking opens (planned for Q4 2026), you may reserve a spot by paying₹11,000 plus applicable taxes (GST). Reserving lets us plan a site assessment for you; it does not by itself commit either of us to an installation.
How the reservation and refunds work:

| If you proceed to installation | The ₹11,000 is adjusted towards your assessment and onboarding. |
Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method, and we target completion within15 working days of confirming the refund.
Site assessment & suitability
GIVARA ONE is installed only where the wind genuinely supports it. After you reserve, we assess your Site, including on-site wind measurement. If the numbers do not work, we will tell you, and we will not install. We are under no obligation to install at a Site we assess as unsuitable, and unsuitability is handled under the refund terms above.
Equipment security deposit
Where the Service proceeds, a refundable equipment security deposit of ₹1,25,000 applies. This is a deposit held against the equipment we install and own — it is held, not spent, and is not a payment for buying the turbine. Its handling and return conditions are set out in your service agreement.
Founding cohort
Our founding cohort recognises the first qualifying Sites to come on board. Founding members receive an additional 5% off every electricity bill, for the life of their service, along with priority in the queue. Founding status attaches to qualifying Sites, not to a fixed number of homes or machines, and the benefit is confirmed in your service agreement.
Product & forward-looking information
GIVARA ONE is under active development and validation. Figures shown on this website — including any performance, noise or savings figures — are design targets or modelled estimates that vary by site. Actual electricity generation depends on the wind conditions at your specific Site and is confirmed only by on-site measurement. We do not guarantee any specific level of output for any Site until it has been measured.
References to our intellectual property describe applications that have been filed; a filing is not a granted right. Forward-looking statements about our roadmap, plans or timelines are our current intentions and may change.
Partner programme
If you apply to our partner programme, the binding relationship is set out in a separate written partner agreement; this website and these Terms do not create a partnership. Our programme is a channel-partner model —it is not a multi-level-marketing scheme. Partner earnings come only from genuine electricity generation and honest customer conversions, never from recruiting other partners, consistent with the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021. We make no income or earnings guarantees.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, the “GIVARA” and “GIVARA ONE” names and marks, and the design and technology of GIVARA ONE (including filed patent and design applications) — is owned by or licensed to Givara Energy Private Limited and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view this site for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of it without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use of this website
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose, or provide false information;
- interfere with or disrupt the site, its security, or its underlying infrastructure;
- use bots, scrapers or automated means to access or harvest data from the site;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or related systems; or
- infringe our or anyone else’s intellectual property or other rights.
Communications & WhatsApp
Our forms open a pre-filled message in WhatsApp; your details reach us only when you send that message. By contacting us through WhatsApp, email or our forms, you agree that we may respond to you through those channels about your enquiry, registration or application. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and is subject to its own terms, and standard message or data charges from your provider may apply.

This website may link to third-party websites or services (for example news sources, WhatsApp, or analytics providers) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimers
This website and the pre-launch information on it are provided on an “as is” and “as available”basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any modelled figure, target, or forward-looking statement will be achieved. This does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GIVARA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or the pre-booking process. To the extent GIVARA is found liable in connection with your use of the site or a Reservation, our total aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in connection with the matter giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GIVARA and its directors, employees and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
Changes to the service & these terms
We may update, improve or discontinue parts of this website or our offering, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The reservation and refund terms in force at the time you make a Reservation will govern that Reservation.
Termination
We may suspend or end your access to this website at any time if you breach these Terms or use the site in a way that is unlawful or harmful. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law — continue to apply after any termination.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have, the courts at Noida (Gautam Buddh Nagar), Uttar Pradesh, Indiawill have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of this website.
